Nintendo 3DS Replaces All Audio Guides at Le Louvre

Nintendo have made a partnership with the Louvre museum in Paris, France. 3DS Systems will be replacing all the audio guides in the museum, and it looks rather promising. The consoles will be running special software, and use GPS to guide you round. When you are looking around the museum you can check the 3DS for information on what’s around you. There are 2 guided tours that you can follow where the 3DS tells you and be informed about what’s around you through the headphones and information on the screens.

there is also a free roam mode where you can go where you want and get information on whatever you want. These 3DS tours cost €5, not a bad price.

This is a strange partnership, but thinking about it, it’s a pretty useful thing to have if your walking round a museum.

Nintendo, What They Used To Be?

There are so many new games that are coming out for Wii-U that i think is taking the “Family Friendly” affects away. When the Wii came out it was a family friendly console but now there trying to make it into something like an Xbox or Ps3 which is not why the Wii became popular. Games like Darksiders 2 and Assassins Creed 3 are just in my opinion to violent games but dont get me wrong i love playing Skyrim and MW3 on my Xbox-360 but i remember the Wii for games like Zelda: Twilight Princess and Super Mario Galaxy, original games not multi-platform games like Call Of Duty or Assassins Creed. Nintendo has multi-platform games yes but Nintendo tends to like to focus on more original games unlike Sony or Microsoft (even though Microsoft does have a descent line up) but i will and always will love Nintendo more its just that there ruining what i loved about the Wii and there other consoles. Hopefully Nintendo will make just as many new original games as they get multi-platform games in the future. Nintendo for life and for all!

100,000 Strong for Mega Man Legends 3 won’t have any effect on its release

A while back, we heard that Capcom was working on Mega Man Legends 3, until sometime later, they cancelled the project. This action by Capcom to not even release the Prototype version made us fans very angry, some of us even boycotted Capcom for the lack of release; however, somebody thought it was a good idea to start up a fan page on Facebook for people to show their appreciation to the game. Eventually the “Like” number got to hit 100,000. Despite all the commitment the fans have been to Capcom in gathering together to try to reboot the project, Capcom told its fans that no matter what they did, that Mega Man Legends 3 would not be able to see its debut for the 3DS.

Sad news, I know. I myself am disappointed in Capcom’s decision. They could have just released the Prototype version on the e-Shop so that the fans could show true support so that they may be able to see the final project of Mega Man Legends 3.

Nintendo UK Chief thanks Freddie Flintoff for rescuing him

The Chief of Nintendo UK David Yarnton was recently taking part in the Cycle Slam, a charity 1099 Mile bike ride, where a lot of celebrities were present. He fell off his bike early on in the race and lay unconscious in the middle of the road.

Cricket legend Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff rushed to his aid and placed him in the recovery position and administered first aid to him.

Yarnton has thanked Cricket legend Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff for helping him in the race.

“David had a bit of a scare but is doing well and is planning on flying home in the next couple of days,” a Nintendo spokesperson said.

“He is extremely grateful to Freddie and the rest of the Cycle Slam team for their help and support.”

Weird news but interesting nonetheless.
